Week 1 - Broncos @ Bills

The Broncos traveled to Buffalo to face Trent Edwards and the Bills. It appeared that this would be a showdown of the runningbacks: Travis Henry vs. Marshawn Lynch, but the passing game of Denver took over the show.

After only accounting for 63 yards and completing only 33 percent of his passes, Trent Edwards was taken down after being sacked by Jarvis Moss early in the third quarter. Even though Edwards only had 63 yards, he did throw two scores including the first points of the game to fullback Paul Neufeld from five yards out. The Bills will be hurt by this key loss, and there is no word on the severity of this injury or when he will be able to return to the Buffalo lineup at quarterback.
