*Week 6 Update*

After 6 weeks of play, the Denver Broncos are 5-0 and first in the AFC West Division. The Broncos offense ranks 1st in total yards in the AFC and 2nd in the NFL behind the Chicago Bears. The Denver defense ranks 1st in the AFC and the NFL in yards allowed. The Denver Broncos have been dominant in the division and look to keep things rolling in a non division mathcup against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 7 after the bye-week.

Division Outlook

In the last contest, the Broncos handed the San Diego Chargers their most embarrasing defeat of the 2007-08 season by keeping them off the board 44-0. The Broncos also defeated the 0-5 Raiders 49-14 in week two. The only division opponents that they have not faced are Larry Johnson and the 2-4 Kansas City Chiefs.

Jay Cutler on a Record Setting Pace

Quarterback Jay Cutler is on pace to have a record seeting season after 6 weeks. He leads the league touchdown passes with 25 and only has 1 interception through five games played. Cutler is 57-77, completing 74% of his passes. He also leads the league with 1377 yards, averaging 17.8 yards per completion. - Javon Walker leads the NFL is recieving yards through 5 games with 637, averaging an amazing 45.5 yards per catch. He is second in the league with 8 touchdown catches, only behind teammate Toney Scheffler with 9. - Tony Scheffler leads the NFL in catches with 21 and touchdowns with 9. He has 292 yards on the season, averaging 13.9 yards per catch. - After missing 3 straight games, Travis Henry has fallen behind the pack in rushing yards with only 287 on the season, averaging 12.4 yards per carry. Henry has 3 touchdowns in his 23 attempts so far this season.

Jarvis Moss Leads the Bronco Defense to #1 in the NFL

The Denver Broncos have only allowed 780 yards in five games this year, which easily leads the league. Linebacker Jarvis Moss leads the way with 34 sacks, averaging almost 7 sacks and 12 tackles a game. The play of Champ Bailey has also kept opponent's offenses in check.
